All of our natural luxury wigs come with our signature hairlines and high quality hair. Our hairlines and parting areas have invisible knots creating the illusion of the hair growing from your scalp.
If the wig your looking for isn't available in our ready to ship collection please visit our DESIGN YOUR OWN where you can create a custom colour wig and it will be ready in 2-3 weeks.
All ready to ship wigs are shipped out within 1-2 working days. Orders are delivered in 1-2 days UK & Ireland. 1-4 working days for international orders. Tracking details will be emailed once shipment has been processed.
We can process a refund or exchange on our ready to ship wigs if received back within 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as we receive back in its original condition with tags. Please confirm by email if you require a refund or exchange, refunds can take 2-3 days to process.
Please note - All of our natural luxury wigs are bespoke and coloured by hand, no two wigs will be the same, We try our best efforts to display the true colour of all our wigs, although due to lighting, phones and computer screens the hair colour will vary.

HOW TO KNOW MY CORRECT CAP SIZE
It is important to order in your correct cap size to ensure you receive the most natural and comfortable fitting wig. To help guide you please see our CAP SIZE CHART.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF MY ORDER IS NOT SUITABLE?
We offer refunds and exchanges on our ready to ship wigs and offer exchanges on our custom wigs. Refunds and exchange can only be processed as long as the order is in its original condition and packaging. Please see our RETURN POLICY.
WHEN WILL THE WIG I'M WANTING TO PURCHASE BE BACK INSTOCK?
We try our best to upload new ready to ship wigs every month. Unfortunately we can't confirm when we will have the same wig in stock, although we do offer our DESIGN YOUR OWN service where you can receive a custom colour wig in 2-3 weeks.
HOW IS THE HAIR LENGTH MEASURED?
We measure the hair length on our wigs from the roots at the middle parting to ends.

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Our goods are safely shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the UK and DHL Express for International orders. All our goods are delivered using tracked and signed allowing you to track your order. Tracking details are emailed once payment has been received and your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We offer refunds/exchanges on all our ready to ship wigs as long as we receive back in the original condition and packaging. If requesting a refund the shipping fee paid by us will be deducted. For custom and design your own orders we offer exchanges. Please our RETURN POLICY.
