We offer 10% discount and no vat for clients with medical hair loss and 15% discount for children under 18 years old.
To process your order please email a signed copy of the vat exemption form. If you are in a rush to make an order you can process your order and we can refund the vat and discount once we have received the vat exemption form, as long as we receive within 2-3 days.
VAT is only charged in the UK, if ordering outside the UK you will not be charged vat. Please see link - Vat exemption form.

How to take your measurements to ensure you receive the best fitting wig.
It is very important to take your correct measurements to ensure you receive the best fitting natural wig. It would be helpful to have someone help take your measurments, we offer face to face or virtual consultations where we can help take your measurements.
Please use a soft measuing tape to provide you with accurate measurements. When taking your circumference measurement ensure the tape is snug how you would like your wig to feel. When taking your front to nape and temple to temple measurements please place the tape a few cm infront of your natural hairine and not on your hairline as the lace needs to sit on your skin to have to most natural look.
