We offer 10% discount and no vat for clients with medical hair loss and 20% discount for children under 18 years old.

To process your order please email a signed copy of the vat exemption form. If you are in a rush to make an order you can process your order and we can refund the vat and discount once we have received the vat exemption form, as long as we receive within 2-3 days. 

Vat is only charged in the UK, if ordering outside the UK you will not be charged vat. Please see link - Vat exemption form.

When using Klarna and ordering a ready to ship wig your payments will be split into 3 monthly payments. For custom orders clients pay a deposit payment to process and the remaining payment before delivery which allows payments to be split over 5/6 months.
