 IMPORTANT - THE TIME YOU CHOOSE IS IN THE UK TIME ZONE.

There is a charge of £30.00 to book your consultation, if making an order £20.00 will be deducted off the price of the unit. 

We offer private personal appointments in Manchester, North West and in Suffolk, South East. The appointments are taken place in our consultants home in a private setting where you will feel very comfortable. Our aim is to provide you with a personal experience as we understand the importance and sensitivity of purchasing a unit.  

To plan your journey please see the postcodes where your consultation will take place. The full address will be emailed to you once your appointment has been processed.

If you require an appointment out of the hours available on our website please text our consultant. There will be addition £10.00 fee if booking a weekend appointment. If choosing a face to face consultation the address details will be emailed to you once your appointment has been confirmed. Unfortunately sometimes this can go into your spam mail.

Consultation - 1 hour

At your consultation you will be able to try on a range of units, we can’t guarantee the units that will be available but there is a range of different hair colours, lengths and cap sizes for you to try on. Units are available to purchase or if you prefer you can make a custom order. We will take your measurements to ensure your receiving your correct cap size and can answer any questions you may have.

Virtual consultation - 1 hour

At the date and time of your virtual consultation our consultant will create a video call through zoom or whatsapp on your email/phone number provided. We will help guide you to take your measurements and show you a range of our stock units, including our very natural hairlines. We can show and explain the difference between the cap constructions we offer. Please have a soft measuring tape available so we can help take your measurements to ensure your receiving the correct cap size. 

Lace cutting appointment - 1 hour 

We offer lace cutting appointments for our customers as we understand it can be worrying cutting the lace on your unit and making sure the unit is perfect for you. Once your custom unit or stock unit is ready you can book an appointment with our lovely consultants Kerry in Sale, Manchester or with Lucy in Suffolk. At your appointment we will help show you how to put your unit on and cut the lace making sure the unit fits you well. We can answers any questions you have with regards to fitting and products to attach and maintain your unit.

HOW TO KNOW MY CORRECT CAP SIZE

It is important to order in your correct cap size to ensure you receive the most natural and comfortable fitting wig. To help guide you please see our CAP SIZE CHART.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF MY ORDER IS NOT SUITABLE?

We offer refunds and exchanges on our ready to ship wigs and offer exchanges on our custom wigs. Refunds and exchange can only be processed as long as the order is in its original condition and packaging. Please see our RETURN POLICY.

WHEN WILL THE WIG I'M WANTING TO PURCHASE BE BACK INSTOCK?

We try our best to upload new ready to ship wigs every month. Unfortunately we can't confirm when we will have the same wig in stock, although we do offer our DESIGN YOUR OWN service where you can receive a custom colour wig in 2-3 weeks.

HOW IS THE HAIR LENGTH MEASURED?

We measure the hair length on our wigs from the roots at the middle parting to ends.

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Our goods are safely shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the UK and DHL Express for International orders. All our goods are delivered using tracked and signed allowing you to track your order. Tracking details are emailed once payment has been received and your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We offer refunds/exchanges on all our ready to ship wigs as long as we receive back in the original condition and packaging. If requesting a refund the shipping fee paid by us will be deducted. For custom and design your own orders we offer exchanges. Please our RETURN POLICY.
