We offer free UK shipping. Our goods are safely shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the UK and for International orders DHL Express. All our goods are delivered using tracked and signed allowing you to track your order. We will email your tracking number once payment has been received and your order has been dispatched.

- Ready to ship order - 1-2 working days UK, 1-4 days Worldwide.

- Design your own custom order - 2-3 weeks. 

- Custom order - 12-16 weeks.

If we are unable to meet the delivery time due to public holidays in the countries of our manufacturers or other circumstances which are out of are control (for example national strikes etc), we will contact you to inform you and arrange an alternative delivery schedule. We do not offer any discount, exchange or refund due to late delivery of goods.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order return shipping fees are to be paid back through customer. If requesting a refund shipping fees will be deducted.
