Yes! All Fabulace wigs are made from the highest grade Brazilian human hair. We use remy hair which is collected in a way that keeps all the cuticles aligned, which means there is no matting, it's stronger, shinier, and lasts longer than non-Remy hair. This premium quality ensures a natural look and feel.

We do not sell synthetic wigs.

With proper care, our wigs can last 12 months or longer. The lifespan depends on the type of cap design, how frequently you wear them, your maintenance routine, and the styling methods used. Our glueless lace wigs have a longer life span as they are not slept in and no products are use to keep the unit in place.

We offer a refill & recolour service for when your unit becomes thinner overtime or the colour fades due to wear and sunlight. Our refill & recolour service ranges from £260.00 - £280.00 excluding shipping fees and takes approximately 10-14 weeks.

we offer a seperate recolour service which takes 2-3 weeks, this service is £160.00-£180.00 (excluding shipping).

The video shows how to take all your measurements. Please use a soft measuring tape and provide us with your exact measurements. If you would need help you can always send us a video of you taking your measurements or book in for a consultation.

Measuring the hair length :

We measure our wigs from the roots at the crown to the ends. We do advise you to take this measurement before ordering to ensure your happy with the length of hair.

We recommend washing your unit with lukewarm water using sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner. Do not put conditioner on the roots or knots only from mid-ends, conditioning the roots can loosen the knots creating the unit to shed.

Try to limit the washes on your unit, if possible try to wash every 20-25 wears if needed, the less you wash your unit the longer it will last. Gently brush the hair using a unbrush, start from the ends and work your way up slowly.

You can use heat on the hair, please use a low-medium setting and always use a heat protector. Store your wig in the silk bag provided to help protect your unit.

Yes you can sleep, shower and swim in your wig!

If your attaching your unit with tape or adhesive you can sleep, shower and swim in your wig. If sleeping in your unit we recommend using a silk pillow case or a silk headwrap to help protect the hair and unit. If swimming in your unit please wear a swim cap to protect the hair from chlorine.

If wearing a glueless wig it would be taken off each day so can be washed using a shower head and left to air dry or dried with a hair dryer on a low setting if needed. We do recommend to let air dry when possible.

Yes you can style all our wigs in a pony! To acheive a high pony or bun our HD full lace wigs or Luxurious 360 lace wigs will allow this as tape or adhesive can be attached to the lace around the circumference of the wig.

All our units are styled in a middle parting unless requested otherwise from our clients. To change the parting you just need to spray the parting area with water and amend the parting where you like, then dry into your prefer parting.

We understand it can be daunting cutting the lace on your unit, we have a slow motion video to help you.

Take your time when cutting and leave 1-2 cm of lace infront of the hairline. Cut the lace in a slight zig zag motion not in a straight line, this will allow the lace to blend perfectly!

Yes! We offer both lace cutting appointments & lace wig fittings appointments in Sale, Manchester.

Many of our clients like to book in for a lace cutting appointment when their custom unit is ready. At the appointment our consultation will make sure you are happy with your wig and ensure if fits you correctly, then cut the lace.

We also offer lace fittings where you can have your unit fitted with adhesive/tape for a 1-3 week hold.The timescale your unit stays attach is all dependant on your skin and your lifestye.

We will always do our best to match your hair colour sample or pictures sent for colour reference. We always send pictures of the completed unit for you to see and confirm your happy before shipping your order. If you want any changes making there is no extra charge. We want you to love your unit!

Our human hair wigs can be colored, although we do not recommend you to do this yourself. When dying our wigs we use a special method to ensure the knots are not touched which provides you with a very natural hairline and parting area. Bleaching to add highlights can be done but should only be done by experienced professionals to avoid damage. Always perform a strand test first.

Our goods are safely shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the UK/Northern Ireland and for International orders DHL Express. All our goods are delivered using tracked and signed allowing you to track your order. We will email your tracking number once payment has been received and your order has been dispatched.

We offer refunds & exchanges on all our ready to ship wigs as long as we receive back in the original condition and packaging. If requesting a refund the shipping fee paid by us will be deducted.

For custom orders and design your own orders we offer exchanges only. All customers will need to notify us by email within 7 days of receiving their order to be able to receive a refund/exchange for a ready to ship order or exchange for any custom order.

We can provide a return shipping label for any worldwide order shipped with DHL, for UK/Northern Ireland orders clients will need to post back using Royal Mail tracked & signed. All return shipping is to be paid by the customer and any postage costs for shipments sent will be deducted from the refund.

If your order is a ready to ship wig that hasn't shipped yet, we can help you make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@fabulacebeauty.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, you'll need to refuse delivery or initiate a return. We'll do our best to help!

For any custom orders we offer a 24 hour cancellation policy. Once your order is processed we are not able to cancel the order as it will be processed with our wig makers to be created.
