Delivery policy

We offer free Worldwide shipping. Our goods are safely shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the UK and for International orders DHL Express. All our goods are delivered using tracked and signed allowing you to track your order. We will email your tracking number once payment has been received and your order has been dispatched.

If we are unable to meet the delivery time due to public holidays in the countries of our manufacturers or other circumstances which are out of are control (for example national strikes etc), we will contact you to inform you and arrange an alternative delivery schedule. We do not offer any discount, exchange or refund due to late delivery of goods.

Fabulace Beauty will send a confirmation email tracking details once payment has been received and your order has been dispatched, you can then track your order to see when it is due to arrive. 
If for any reason you are not happy with your order return shipping fees are to be paid back through customer. If requesting a refund shipping fees will be deducted.

Refill & recolour service

Over time the hair on your unit will become thinner with wear. This will differ for each client as it is dependant on how often the unit is worn and how the unit is looked after. We offer a refill service for our Fabulace wigs as long as the unit is still in good condition. To confirm this service is suitable for your unit pictures will need to be emailed to us.

We offer a recolour service for our Fabulace wigs. During the summer months and with wear, the hair on your unit can lighten overtime if your unit is a custom colour and not a natural virgin hair colour. Our recolour service allows us to refresh the colour of your unit or even change the colour completely if you desire. Our recolour service is £160.00 (exc shipping) and takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

If you require a refill service the unit will also need to be coloured, the cost for this service is approximately £280.00 (exc shipping) and takes around 10-12 weeks. The price for our refill & recolour service can differ depending on the area and the length of hair needed for the refill.
