We are back offering our refresh service! We can wash your wig and bring it back to life if your struggling with washing and styling. Maybe you have a special event you want your wig styling for, we can help prepare your wig for your special occasion.

We offer an additional service to remove any tape/ adhesive from the lace which may have built up with wear. We understand it can be overwhelming when starting to wear a wig, we want to be able to support you in any way we can.

Timescale - 2 - 4 days

If you have choosen a Design Your Own wig it will be dyed from a blonde base to acheive any custom colour you desire in a fast turn around. All wigs starting from a blonde base will fade overtime due to washing and exposure to sunlight. We offer a recolour service to refresh the colour or to change the colour if opting for a new hair colour!

We understand it is not ideal for the hair colour to fade which is why we offer a free recolour on our wigs within the first 4-5 months after receiving your order. This would be to the orginal hair colour choosen and excludes shipping fees.

We offer our Design Your Own wig collection which begins from a blonde base, a blank canvas to allow us to achieve any hair colour you desire in a very fast turn around, we understand the importance of our clients needing a wig as soon as possible once their hair loss has started or they have been diagnosed.

If wanting a mid - dark brunette hair colour we do advise to choose a wig which has a natural brown base as the colour will not fade overtime. We can create brunette hair colours from a natural brown base, if we do not have instock we would need to process as a custom order which is 12-14 weeks delivery time.
